After sitting out several rounds on this shoe, I've finally ante'ed up. I'll confess, I was afraid of a white shoe - thought it was a flash in the pan. But, it looks like it is here to stay after a very strong showing at all four major fashion weeks (and after 2.5 years on the scene).
And, let me add, whether you go bootie, mule, or pump, they are pretty fab. I've worn my pair of kitten heel mules three times in five days. Here's what I love them with: jeans. Also, a midi skirted anything. A dicier call with anything more tailored or shorter, but not a pass entirely.
Check out mule options from Stuart Weitzman, Donald J. Pliner, Alexandre Birman, Gabriella Hearst, and Loeffler Randall. Bootie options from Donald J. Pliner (Again?? They are legit.), Loeffler Randall, Céline, Aeyde (seriously, a fab knock-off of Céline's ubiquitous bootie), rag & bone, and Laurence Decade.
I hooked you up with a sweet scroll of fashion-weekers in full white-shoe stride so you can feel the vibe.
